Our BMX Summer Camps are a blast!

BMX racing offers a range of competitive outlets, from local club races to racing on the world stage at the Olympics and World Champs. It is a fantastic gateway to the thrill of riding on two wheels.

This camp is for BMX racers currently at the Intermediate and expert levels. The camp aims to help riders develop their skill and speed on the BMX track through a multiple-disciplinary approach with games, challenges, and plenty of time for riding. With our small participant-to-instructor ratio (6:1), participants develop their skills and drills to ride safer and faster. Additionally, we cover related topics that include race tactics, fueling, recovery, training, cross-training, testing, mental training, mindfulness, goal-setting(outcome vs process), equipment maintenance and repair, etc.

The goal of these camps is rider development. We view a camp as successful when participants leave with an increased enthusiasm for riding and confidence in their riding and racing. Participants from the 2023&2024 camps successfully upgraded their riding proficiency, and a number went on to acquire provincial and national number plates.

WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING

My son had an amazing week at BMX camp. I can’t believe how much they learned and he couldn’t wait to go each day.
— Melissa - mother to BMX Athlete, Hudson
Jason has this energy that the kids feed off in the BMX training/camps. It is not super intense where you’re afraid to do anything wrong. It is accepting, encouraging and has been a great experience.
