The MTBdryland, BMXdryland and CycleFit Programs are designed specifically to complement your riding by using the gym to build a stronger, more powerful and resilient rider. Benefits of the program include improved speed, power, stamina, stability, focus and mobility. The program is designed to achieve maximum results while allowing plenty of time and energy to take advantage of the amazing riding conditions that this time of year in the Pacific North West has to offer.

SUMMER 2024 PROGRAM - NOW BOOKING!
PROGRAM DETAILS AT A GLANCE
The North Vancouver winter sessions will begin Tuesday June 4th , 2024 and end Thursday, October 17th, 2024.
Location: North Vancouver, BC Sessions - 140-890 Harbourside Drive (L10 Fitness & Health)
Tuesday and/or Thursday, 1x or 2x/week
1 hour per session
Book on a month-to-month basis to fit your schedule
Option to combine with HYbrid for 2x / week (for example: 1x MTBdryland + 1x HYbrid per week)
Price per month:
$160 + GST 1x session per week
$320 + GST 2x sessions per week
WINTER 2024/2025 PROGRAM
This program is designed specifically to build a stronger, more powerful and resilient rider. Benefits of the program include improved power, strength, speed, stamina, stability, focus and mobility. It is a focused commitment of 2 hours per week for 6 months (November to April); designed to achieve maximum results while allowing plenty of time and energy to continue quality time on the trainer and on the bike, skis etc. Registration for the upcoming winter program will be opened later in this summer.
The North Vancouver winter sessions will begin Tuesday November 5th , 2024 and end Thursday, May 1st , 2025.
Location: North Vancouver, BC Sessions - 140-890 Harbourside Drive (L10 Fitness & Health)
Tuesday and Thursday, 2x/week, 1 hour per session.
6 Month commitment
Please note: The winter program is a 6-month investment, and we ask that you sign up and commit to a single time slot. The registration platform allows you to pay with a Credit Card. You will be asked to pay a deposit and then can pay the total amount via 6x monthly installments. Those opting to pay installments will be billed for the remainder of the program on the 1st of each month. Spaces are limited.
