Personalized training that takes into account your current levels of strength and fitness, your past training experience, current and past health challenges & injuries as well your upcoming goals. Train 1:1 or in a small group.

Work towards your fitness and health goals with friends. and continue to have a high-level training experience. Our trainers draw from their experience and training to provide engaging, dynamic workouts that can accommodate participants with a range of abilities and fitness levels.


PROGRAMS

Customized Gym Program:

Initial Session and Program

Includes:

  • 90-minute Gym Session covering testing, review of individual exercises, education on form and maximizing the effectiveness of the exercises, as well as appropriate progressions and accommodations for injuries and rehab, etc

  • 4-Week Personalized Plan that covers 2-5+ gym sessions per week, that takes into account the initial evaluation, personal goals, equipment access, schedule etc

  • Weekly Check-In: via email, text or phone 1x/week, as needed, up to 30minutes (via phone or in person).

  • $195/1.5hr gym session and 4-week Gym Program.


Customized Gym Program:

UPDATES

Updated programming every 4 weeks will take into account the individuals' progress along with changes to personal schedules, equipment etc.

Option A:

  • $175/1.5hr gym session and 4-week Gym Program

  • Weekly Check-In: via email, text or phone 1x/week, as needed, up to 30minutes (via phone or in person).

Option B:

  • $125 Updated 4-week Gym Program (no gym session)

  • Weekly Check-In: via email, text or phone 1x/week, as needed, up to 30minutes (via phone or in person).


Customized Training Plan

Option 1

  • 1-hour initial consult.

  • 4-week personalized plan that covers 3-5 individualized training sessions per week, that takes into account the initial evaluation, personal goals, equipment access, schedule etc.

  • Weekly check-in (via email/zoom) 1x week @20mins. Includes ongoing program/plan adjustments

  • 30 min Post program / goal review.

  • $165 for the 1st month. Then $115/month (or portion thereof).


Customized Training Plan

Option 2

  • 1-hour initial consult.

  • 4-week personalized plan that covers 6 or more individualized training sessions per week that takes into account the initial evaluation, personal goals, equipment access, schedule etc.

  • Weekly check-in (via email/zoom) 1x week @30mins. Includes ongoing program/plan adjustments

  • 45 min Post program / goal review.

  • $195 for the 1st month. Then $135/month (or portion their).


Personal Training & Small Group Training Options

1 Hour Gym Sessions

    Pricing for a 1 hour session:

  • 1:1 $110+GST

  • 1:2 $60+GST per participant

  • 1:3 $45+GST per participant

  • 1:4+ $38+GST per participant
